PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard. They disclose a secret they have never shared before. The topics range from regrets and fears, confessions of infidelity and lies told to random acts of kindness and secret dreams. Some of them are funny others are poignant, extraordinary, courageous and insightful.
Hundreds of people have shared their secrets, creating a space that manages to sustain reverence and respect, without the sensationalism or exhibitionism of 'sharing' on programs like Oprah and Ricky Lake.
